Our lead consultant is Pieter Zitman who is an architect, Civic Trust Award assessor and award-winning development manager – he has worked in the commercial, education and health sectors. With over three decades in the construction industry, he has extensive experience in all aspects of development having been involved in the delivery of 2,000 homes. His experience includes development appraisals, site acquisition, contract suites, consultant selection, planning applications, construction and estate management.
 
As an architect he has worked on a range of projects, in the commercial and residential sectors. Projects include mid and high-end private homes, a 425-flat scheme completed in Basildon, to renovating the British Pavilion at the Venice Biennale and detail design of George Martin’s Air Recording Studios.
