Mix is looking for urban sites between 0.2 and 0.8 acres that are able to accommodate about 20 to 40 units.

• Sites can be mixed use and do not have to be purely residential.
• As we will be seeking planning permission for our developments, planning permission is not a pre-requisite.
• We prefer sites to be freehold with no onerous covenants.
